SECURED & RESERVED SPOTS
Once you have paid in full, your enrollment is completed and your spot in class is secured. If you have registered but not yet paid, we're happy to reserve a spot for you until one week before class begins. At that point, we require your prompt payment, or your spot will be released to another student.

CANCELLATIONS
For a full refund, you must cancel your enrollment at least one week before class begins. If you cancel less than a week before class begins, you will receive a refund minus a $50 charge. If you must cancel your enrollment after the session has started, please contact us regarding your options. We may be able to give you a partial credit towards a future session. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide full or pro-rated refunds for late cancellations. This is because most of our classes teach cumulative skills, and we are not able to fill empty spots partway through a session.

ABSENCES
Don't worry if you must miss a class due to illness or travel, just let us know when you can. We are happy to let you know what your student can be working on, and we'll be sure to help your student get caught up when they return. There may also be an opportunity to attend a makeup class. Some classes are offered at two different times during the week, and you might be able to attend the other class time as a makeup. Please be aware that there is no guarantee of any makeup classes, and you are allowed a maximum of two makeup classes per semester. (Exceptions can be made in special circumstances.)

OTHER
The Music Room reserves the right to cancel or shorten any classes or lessons, for any reason. In the event of a complete cancellation, full refunds will be issued to all enrollees. In the event that we shorten a class or lesson time, or reduce the total number of classes or lessons, partial refunds will be issued to all enrollees.

BOUNCED CHECKS
As is the custom, a bounced check will incur a $25 charge.
